Abigail oversees project underwriting, capital management and investor relations for Legacy Development. She has 10 years of experience in Real Estate valuation, financial modeling and financial risk management. After beginning her career in Morgan Stanley’s asset management division, Abigail relocated to Hong Kong to assist in the launch of Caidao Wealth, where she managed high net worth private client accounts through the use of customized portfolios and high yield structured products. Abigail holds her Masters in Corporate Finance, specialized in Real Estate Pricing and Valuation. Abigail is the co-founder and President of Fair Lawn Main Street, Inc, a non-profit managing the development and expansion of Fair Lawn, NJ’s downtown districts. She is co-owner of Club Pilates Livingston and Westfield. Abigail lives with her husband, Chris and mini-Bernedoodle, Brody, in Livingston, NJ.
