Co-founder Michael brings to his role over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential construction in the New York, New Jersey area. A self-taught entrepreneur, Michael and his family emigrated to the United States in 1979 and he specialized in luxury single family homes built to suit and to spec. In the early 2000’s Michael expanded to multifamily rentals and currently oversees Legacy’s construction teams throughout the development process. Michael holds his undergraduate degree in engineering and is based in Weehawken, NJ.
